Updating
Received Hai Long's sms yesterday, saying that he is in SMU. Then, a strange feeling shrouded me. I sensed something... Rushed down to the letter box, opened it... wallah!! A letter from NUS!
Shocked and at the same time nervous, I had my letter knife on my left hand and the letter on the right. Finally, I got it opened nice and neatly. As I unfolded my future, I prayed and prayed. However, to my dismay, it read "..... Your application was not successful....." I reread it several times, nothing changed. The word 'not' was still there, printed bright.
1 down, 3 to go. NTU may be next. SMU will be at my box 3 weeks later. SIM, well perhaps in between of them. Nevertheless, I will persevere to the end.
Recently, maybe because of boredom, I played Archmage at www.the-reincarnation.com/portal.php. It's those strategy game without the graphics. Only words and words. Quite fun and enjoyable.
